  1. Change the Parameter names of StartX and EndX to TimeMin and TimeMax
  2. Set a default of 1 for the Red parameter
  3. Test if the entered period numbers are too high and log a sensible error message
  4. Write wiki info page
  5. Output multiple spectra for a red-green run
    1. difference
    2. red
    3. green
    4. sum

Also write a python script that runs this as a dialog, investigates how many spectra are included in the output and automatically plots them all on a line plot. Also change the name of the lines in the legend to say difference, red,green, sum. See http://www.mantidproject.org/Matrix_and_Plot_Control for help on this.
