Write a couple of Fit1D examples in UserAlgorithms

Description

One should use simplex the other derivative methods. You will need to extend the sconstruct that is included in the final install to also include the curve fitting library.

Ensure you include verbose comments throughout these files to explain everything that is happening to the users. These are our example files.
