[C2E] S(Q,w) change Rebin output type.

There are 3 options of Rebin type at present the ouput is *_sqw for all 3. Change to *_sqw1/2/3 for the 3 options.

Update: After discussion with Spencer, we've decided that changing the extension on the workspace name would most likely break various parts of the code.

Instead we're going to just have a sample log which states the rebin type used.

To Tester

Run though using the SQW tab on the C2E interface and check that depending on the re-binning type used you get the relevant value added to the sample logs under the name rebin_type.
