[C2E] Update to Calibration scale factor

The calibration tab needs updating so that if scaling is false then it scales to the averge, otherwise it scales to the scale factor.
Also update the logs to include the Scale (if applicable), Peak min & max and Back min & max.

To Tester
Verify that when the scaling option isn't selected it just scales to the average. Otherwise it scales to the value specified by the scale factor.
Also check that the following entries have been added to the sample logs:
- Peak min & max
- Back min & max
- Scale (only if a scale was specified)

This ticket has been transferred to github issue 8684
Modified to scale to average when no scale specified.
Also added information about the calibration to the log files.
