Add remote job start/end times to UI

Description

Populate the start/end times in the remote status tab of the reduction UI. This ticket depends on #7946.

  • Test this ticket on an SNS analysis machine.
  • Start the EQSANS reduction UI.
  • Get the status of your remote jobs (2nd to last tab).
  • The start/end times should be correct. The end time should be blank for running jobs.
