2D plot: Improve Colour map selection

Description

This will require a change to the colour map selection dialog.

Users would prefer to select a colour map file rather than use the existing qtiplot funcionality for custom colour maps. the user should be given a browse button to select one of the colour map files used for the 3D or instrument plots.
