SaveNexus trying to save a Table or Matrix which isn't a workspace

Description

When I'm looking at a Table or Matrix that isn't part of a workspace (like the result of File -> New -> New Table) or something from workspace but isn't the workspace itself (like a detector table or Sample Log) the option File -> Save -> SaveNexus is available, but when used it throws an unhanded exception.

That option should not be available if the active item is not a workspace.

The option still exists for non workspace objects and causes an exception when chosen.

This wasn't showing on my old build but does still seem valid. I'm going to mark as a duplicate of #8318 which is more detailed listing other related points.
