Description
The second range used in Elwin can be set to default to -10*resolution to -9*resolution

To Tester
Open a nexus file in Elwin with recently created reduced file. Choose to use two ranges and check that by default it is set to be -10*resolution to -9*resolution. I'd also check that Elwin also still runs with two ranges.

As discussed, the default values for the second range mean that it overlaps the first one.
