Fix crash when closing Mantid, saving a script, then cancelling the save

Description

To reproduce:

  • Open up the script window and type something.
  • Close Mantid.
  • Click "Save" when prompted to save the modified script.
  • Click cancel on the Save dialog.

An unexpected exception will be thrown.

I tried to reproduce this but I cannot get the crash.

The current behavior is that when you try to close mantid, it will prompt you about what you want to do with the modified script before closing. I tried the three options "close without saving", "save as", "save", and their respective "cancel" buttons. They all seem to behave well.
