Description

The files required for this are ~45Gb so they will be confined to a select few machines.

Add system test for converting spe files to single SQW file

The files are currently required to be in 1 of a list of hard-coded locations. Refs #8481

Tester: Check that the BuildSQW test is running ​here. The amount of data required means that running this locally is really not worth the time & effort to copy across.
