PEARL calibration scripts crash with Mantid 3.0

Description

Bill Marshall has reported that Mantid seems to crash while running one StripPeaks on a one of their low-angle spectra where the peaks would be hard to find.

Once fixed it would seem sensible to add a system test covers this area as it looks like we only have a reduction that covers PEARL & not a calibration.

The original files are inside Martyn's folder in babylon.

I've run them and it does not crash.
