The option on the C2E interface is not outputting a file in the correct format. We need to consult with Sanghamitra about the correct format to use.

Mistake on behalf of the instrument scientist. This is actually working properly but there are two distinct formats read by aclimax hence the confusion, so there's nothing to do here.
