Description
This request comes from Arian Hillier.
Users on muon beamlines have been complaining that not all errorbars are plotted and when they reshape the window the errorbars jumps around.
This may be most obvious on datasets with relatively large errorbars and where the data points do not follow some smooth curve.
This ticket is to expose an option to users to plot all errorbars.
From a conversation with Roman that work involved will include exposing m_drawErrorBars in class MantidCurve
