Make FitPeak work with BackToBackExponential better

Description

Refactored FindPeaks and FitPeak do not work well with BackToBackExponential. Some investigations show that the starting values of A, B and S are essential. The optimizer to use might be also an important.

Implement some good strategies to make FindPeaks and FitPeak to support BackToBackExponential better.
