CreateTransmissionWorkspaceAuto Bug

Description

Bug in the Reflectometry workflow reported by Max (see below). This must be fixed as part of any future patch releases, and prior to the next major release. 

As mentioned, when I try to create a trans workspace from INTER runs 25319 and 320, I get this error message (I have all boxes filled up to Endoverlap):

The input workspaces have overlapping spectrum numbers 4

caused by line 567 in 'C:/MantidInstall/bin\mantid\simpleapi.py'

User has since told me that this issue has been resolved in the course of things. I was never able to reproduce the aforementioned bug in the first place.
