Description

There's been some enhancements & bugfixes to the upstream ADARA packet parser code since the last time we merged that code into the Mantid codebase so it's time to do so again. (We've already hit a problem on CORELLI that has been fixed in the upstream code.)

Merge latest ADARA packet code

Pull in the lastest packet parsing code from the ADARA git repo. Lots of minor fixes. Main one was the addition of a new status type to the variable value packets. (The lack of whic was causing the live listener to crash on the SNS CORELLI beamline.)
