Clean out Out Of Date Documentation Pages

1) List pages for algorithms that have been removed, so they can be deleted. 2) List pages that should be merged, because they deal with the same topic. 3) Identify other pages obviously out of date.

The following algorithms are documented, but are not available from Mantidplot

ApplyGroupingFromMuonNexus, BinToMDHistoWorkspace, CountEventsInPulses, EQSANSReduce, IDAtransmission, IFudge, ILLines, JumpFit, OptimizeExtinctionParameters, SaveDASC.

I've also found references to Subversion that need updating to GIT. I'll list such pages including any I have fixed, because they may need further attention.

The only references to 'subversion' I found were in Help: Contents (last edited in 2009) and Eclipse Setup. I've fixed the subversion link in Eclipse Setup, but I expect this page needs further attention.

On examining the suspected duplicate pages of http://www.mantidproject.org/Installing_Mantid_On_Linux and http://www.mantidproject.org/Installing_Mantid_Via_Yum , I find that the latter is linked by the former and so seems to be part of it. I don't see a need to merge them, except that the wrong page may be picked up when searching.

I should add that the instruction pages noted in comment:6, and all other Mantid installation instructions on the wiki should be removed in favor of the instruction pages in the downloads page, which can be found ​here.
