Description

I noticed that OptimizeExtinctionParameters was removed from the algorithm factory in #4693. If there are no longer any plans to use this algorithm then it should be removed.

I am currently working on a high priority ticket, 9522, to use this algorithm for extinction corrections for single crystal data.
