GetEi fails for this run.

We have issues with run MAR19455 and 54 the ei is 200 mev

Windows calculates this first time as Ei of 181.946

The problem on the beamline is on ubuntu, let's check it on that.

This was fixed in an earlier ticket, it fails on 3.1.1 but works on the dev version
