Description

More user feedback from beta testing.

The refl gui should accept transmission runs as the actual workspace name, as well as the existing behaviour of constructing the TRANS_{run_no_1}_{run_no_2} name from the run numbers.

Tester:

1) Repeat the testing here. The behaviour should be the same ​http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/9785#comment:4

2) After running (1) copy the name of the transmission workspace TRANS_13463_13464 into the first row Trans 1 column instead of having 13463, 13464.

3) Re process the row. You should still get two notification messages indicating that the transmission run has been reused.

For 3), the trans run was reused both times. 1) was unaffected.
