Overlay Peaks outside Scatter Plot Mode

Description

It would be really good if the peaks overlay option was not restricted to the scatter plot mode. For example, using IntegratePeaksHybrid (#9509), I want to compare the cluster results with IntegratedPeak results from IntegratePeaksMD, and possibly peak positions in general. I should be able to overplot them all, but the VSI restricts me from doing this.
