Allow Apply Corrections to accept a S(Q,w)

Description

For a simple can subtraction the S(Q,w) file can be used and should be added to the list of allowed extensions (*_sqw).

However this doesn't work for applying corrections using a corrections file from calculate corrections, so a check must be made and the appropriate error thrown / UI limited in the case we are using an *_sqw.

Added ability to use Sqw on Apply Corrections

Disables correction file otpion when an Sqw file or WS is loaded

To test:

  • Attempt to load both an Sqw workspace and file into Indirect Data Analysis > Apply Corrections
  • Notice that when data in Sqw is used the "Use Corrections" check box is disables (as well as correction file box)
