InvestigationID column in catalog search is often too short.

Description
When browsing data in the catalog search I found the InvestigationID column would almost always cut off the second half of the InvestigationID, and that the InvestigationID tends not to be particularly long. I could expand the column manually, but then every time I changed page or changed my search, it would go back to being too short.
The column should automatically resize to fit the InvestigationID.

Testing:
Search for some data sets in the Catalog. Before the change, the InvestigationID column is frequently cut off. After the change, it shouldn't be.
