Indirect Calibration and Diagnostic UI consistent layout

Description

A couple of UI points from Spencer is keeping the layout of Indirect tabs consistent:

  1. Input file names in boxes like S(Q,w) & Moments for Trans & Calibration.
  2. Calib. Sections in boxes: Calibration is Intensity Scale factor, parameter box & miniPlot; Resolution is Create RES, Scale, parameters & miniPlot.

Added group boxes to make UI more consistent

I made some more changes that I feel make the UI slightly more "modular":

  • Instument, analyser and reflection are now in a group
  • "Output Options" is renamed to "Output" to better match the "Input" group boxes
  • Same with "Analysis" on Energy Conversion tab
