Define URLS for autoreduction webapp

Go through all mockups and assign a friendly URL to each. (Update URLs on mockups)

These should then be added to the urls.py file(s).

As part of this, placeholder view method will need to be added.

For tester:

Go through the ​mockups PDF and check that the URL displayed in the browser URL bar match those specified in the ​urls.py files.
