Unit Test registration of python algorithms

Description

IntegratePeaksMD2 calls MaskBTP to mask the edges of the detectors. This works from C++, python algorithms, and systemtests. It does not work for the unit tests that call this algorithm. I have put a try/catch so the test will run: 

IntegratePeaksMD-[Error] Error in execution of algorithm IntegratePeaksMD
IntegratePeaksMD-[Error] Algorithm not registered MaskBTP
