Add automated testing for the Symmetrise algorithm.
There is currently a single unit test for a specific use case that could be extended to check for data symmetry.

This ticket added testing that a workspace is actually symmetrical and that it preserves the X axis units and entire vertical axis (units and values) from the original workspace.
To test:
- Verify unit test is still passing (SymmetriseTest)
