Include either an FAQ or contact email (in footer). Possibly both.
For Tester:
- Navigate to: http://datareducedev.isis.cclrc.ac.uk/autoreduce_webapp/help/
- Verify that there are some help topics shown.
- Verify that the search box filters topics.
- Verify that the footer of the page display a message pointing to the help page and a support email.
