Add Spectrum min/max/list properties back into LoadNexusProcessed

They disappeared for some reason at revision [2611]. This can lead to surprises (the algorithm fails) when you go through LoadNexus and fill in one of these boxes.

(In [3512]) Remove setting of SpectrumMax property for Nexus transmission files in SANS routines. This property has gone AWOL in LoadNexusProcessed. Re #1043.

(In [3514]) Revert the previous changes to the SANS routines in favour of putting a barrier (and warning) in the LoadNexus algorithm to prevent the properties being passed to LoadNexusProcessed and causing a failure. Re #1043.
