Rename Indirect Load ASCII "Neutron" tab

Description

"Neutron" is probably one of the least descriptive names possible within Mantid.

This tab is actually the loader for ILL (and other non ISIS and SNS) data.

  • Open the help page (by clicking ?) and verify it points to a page titled LoadILL
