Description (last modified by Jose Borreguero) (diff)
The old BASIS definition file was overwritten with changes done in ticket #10466. As a result, loading the modified definition file with LoadInstrument on workspaces containing the old instrument file will not work because the file name hasn't changed.
To tester:
- Download reduce bss35181_silicon111_sqw.nxs file from https://www.dropbox.com/s/w7tp9tkxz8i7ozo/bss35181_silicon111_sqw.nxs?dl=0
- Apply LoadInstrument to the workspace. Select latest Definition file in the repository ("BASIS_Definition_20130121-.xml")
- Check the instrument tree in the "show instrument" interface. A component named "silicon" should exist.

This ticket adds a new (different name) definitions file with a different date. Everything seems fine. When I do LoadInstrument() I can see the silicon component. Tests pass, as they should.
This is what I see in the instrument tree before LoadInstrument():
BASIS moderator sample-position monitors bank1 . . . bank4 elastic bank5 . . . bank13
And this is what I see in the instrument tree when I do LoadInstrument():
BASIS moderator sample-position monitors silicon bank1 . . . bank4 elastic bank5 . . . bank13
