3D plot not working when loading a small number of spectra

Description

Sometimes, when loading only a set of spectra, the 3D plot is empty.

To reproduce:

  • Load AutoTestData\LOQ48127.nxs with SpectrumList = 1,2
  • Show Data
  • 3D Plot
  • The graph is empty
  • However it works if three spectra are loaded

The minimum number of spectra for a correct 3D plot seems to depend on the dataset:

  • Load spectra 1-10 from AutoTestData\EMU00006473.nxs
  • Show Data
  • 3D Plot
  • The graph is empty
  • But it is correctly displayed if you load 1-11

Yes, the ancient #1056 already raised this issue. It is not clear what's the exact threshold (whether 10 spectra, more or less) but definitely 3D plots are empty when plotting just a few spectra.
