Inconsistency in way DGS Reduction handles non-entry of information

Description

When filling in DGS Reduction form, if you enter nothing into the Monitor Spectrum IDs box, then click reduce, the Reduce button will grey out and not become clickable again until you exist the DGS Reduction form and re-open it. If you enter nothing in other data boxes on this interface, the run will fail, but then allow you to still add data and re run it afterwards.
