Description

The TSC decided to bump the cmake version to 2.8.12 and it looks like you need python-pip in order to install the sphinx-bootstrap-theme.

Changes to the spec seem fine and safe. I remember on Debian I also needed pip to get sphinx-bootstrap theme.
