Improve file name logging in indirect data reduction/analysis

Description

Currently the raw filename is added to the sample logs as Filename, this should be changed to raw_filename.

Logs for the sample and can files/workspaces should be added in ConvFit and Fury as sam_workspace and can_workspace.
