Running LoadDetectorInfo on workspaces with masked detectors kills Mantid

Description

In Windows an error box comes up complaining about a running pure virtual function

If you only LoadRaw and MaskDetectors you will get this error. However, it appears on the first detector whose parameter map is queried, regardless of whether that detector was masked or not.
