Description
The reducer used by the inelastic workflow algorithm, InelasticIndirectReduction, requires that the output path be specified else it will simply use the working directory of the application. This directory is not writable on Linux/OSX when run from an application shortcut.
This prevents the inelastic GUI from being used on these platforms.

Tester: This is best tested on a package on OS X. Follow the instructions under the Calibration section of the page. Make sure you have a default save directory set. The reduction should complete.
The interface is now called "Data Reduction" under the Indirect Interfaces menu. The data files are in the system tests Data section.
