Description

Once the offspec integration into Mantid aspects are completed. Would be nice to reuse what's been done in Processing OFFSPEC Runs.ipynb​ as part of 10585

This could be added to the sample downloads alongside existing ipython notebooks.

The notebook looks good and runs.

I've put the files here for now, but not linked to them on the download page ​https://sourceforge.net/projects/mantid/files/IPython%20Notebook/
