Save/LoadNexusProcessed: Possible loss of information in instrument parameter map

Description

When the instrument parameter map is saved to a nexus parameter map the component name is used. However, components do not necessarily have unique names (I think this only applies to detectors at least at the moment). This means that when the file is read back in we don't know which component the parameter belongs to.

So we need some unique identifier - the detector ID might do, but do give some thought as to whether we have instances where components other than detectors are or could be named non-uniquely.

(In [3927]) Use detector id for detectors and component name for other components when saving the parameter map in nexus. re #1091
