Documentation for Tiled Graph Displays

Description

The scripting tests as part of MantidPlotTiledWindowTest are good in that they provide some good coverage of these features.

We are really missing some user usable documentation that we can point users at regarding these new features. Something like this: ​http://docs.mantidproject.org/nightly/concepts/Point_groups.html would be ideal, which would include code snippets as well as some output tiled graph windows for demonstration.
