Post to google analytics in offline help

Use information from ​Stack Overflow and ​google analytics api to add a clause to the url handler in offline help to post pageviews to google analytics. The user agent should be "MANTID" (as it is everywhere) and the page urls posted should be formatted the same as they are in the online help (generally pointing at the nightly version). The version part can be done by templating just like the version reported in mantid.
