Make Information Labels on Algorithm Diag Properties More Clear

Description

At the recent developer workshop, Stuart mentioned that he had at least one user ask if it would be possible to make the information labels that appear next to properties in the algorithm dialogs more understandable, after saying that it was not obvious that they had tooltips.

Possible solutions were:

  1. Create a help page containing a table of each icon image alongside a description of what it means.
  2. "Instant" tooltips.
  3. Add a "What's This" button the dialog.
