InstrumentView: eraser cursor disappears on Chadwick

When connected to Chadwick via nomachine go to the Pick tab in the instrument view and select the eraser tool. Move the cursor over the instrument. Normally the cursor must have two parts: a grey translucent square showing the eraser's active area and an icon of an eraser in the bottom-right corner. On Chadwick if connected from linux only the icon part is visible. If connection is from windows the square is visible but black and not translucent.

The changes look good. I've confirmed the bug connecting via the browser client from debian. I can see the eraser icon but not the box. I'll check again when the fix becomes available in the nightly builds.
