Problem 3D plotting in data with lots of nan (and maybe some inf)

Description

I found this problem when dividing by a workspace with many zeros and trying to plot the output workspace. Sometimes Mantidplot terminates, sometimes it throws a bad alloc, sometimes hangs for a few seconds sometimes longer
