We need to clarify the need for this? Are there non rectangular diffraction detectors at the SNS? Is there an actual need to use the SNS calibration routines elsewhere?
R3.4 for the clarification, implementation will be a later release

Email sent to Leigthon Coates:
Leighton,
Earlier this year you asked us to look into calibration for non-rectangular detectors. Could you tell me a bit more about what you are after with this, which instrument, and what you measure in order to feed the calibration?
We have a process we use for calibrating tubes at ISIS that might be applicable, but I need to know a bit more about your specific needs to be sure.
Regards, Nick Draper
Batch modify all SSC tickets to critical priority (this will also show up as an update for all those already as critical)
