Description

RAL requirement only, seems to be technically driven, rather than user focussed.

Also check if JSON would not fit better?

Need to maintain backward compatability.

Batch modify all SSC tickets to critical priority (this will also show up as an update for all those already as critical)

In today's catchup session with the SANS group, Richard suggested that it might be a good idea for him to first explore what some of the python commands might look like and the SANS group may want them to work. We would then take a look at what he comes up with and discuss further.
