Bugfix: Set of cosmetic VSI fixes

Description

There are several fixes suggested by Owen for the VSI:

  1. Label: Common Color map at start up
  2. Label: Name Default Background color or Preferred initial view
  3. Add separator
  4. Remove the CutMD option
  5. Check if font size in Multislice plot can be changed
