Use testCleanup on POLDI usage tests

Description

As Federico pointed out when testing #11285, the POLDI usage tests generate quite a few workspaces which stay around after the tests have finished. As some of the tests use the same names for workspaces I think it's good to pick up his suggestion and introduce cleanup code to remove those workspaces.
