Does not work with a resolution as resolution files have only one spectrum.
This is a simple case of duplicating the spectrum for each of the sample spectra.
Documentation contains description of Quasi.
Rename it to something more descriptive (TransformToIqt).
There is also enough test data now to add usage examples.
