Description

Enable MaskDetectors to mask detectors of the instruments in MDEventWorkspace. Such that use can mask detectors on MDWorkspaces created to contain HFIR powder diffractometers' data.

Enable to ConvertCWPDMDToSpectra to exclude detectors that are masked in the input MDEventWorkspace.

This sounds interesting, and is similar to what we need to have soon for VATES functionality. Can we have a chat about this as masking detectors in a MDWorkspace sounds like a useful and general feature to have.
